Vertical Hot Stamp Machine with Turn-Table
Requirements:
A left and right hand drilling machine housing have to be decorated in one cycle. The part loading should be manually. The cycle starts through part detection sensors.
Machine Concept:
Two vertical hot stamp machines type US 10 (1000kg) are hanging in the machine frame. Due to this concept the area between the turntable and the stamper is free. The turnable has 4 positions each with a left and a right hand aluminium fixture. After part loading the machine cycle starts automatically without pressing a button.

Requirements:
Decorating two case halfs in one cycle. The parts should be loaded by a robot.
Machine Concept:
4-Post US120 (12t) vertical hot stamp machine with a heating head 750x500mm and slide table with a 1150mm stoke. The 4-post concept offers absolute stiffness during the decoration process. No frame opening differences between part and silicone die.
